Hi Raelene,
This is Jack- the favorite son of Tom and Jean.
Thanks for the email. We are house/dog sitting at a place called Silver Harbour- a community about 1.5 hrs north of Winnipeg, on Lake Winnipeg.  The owners are retired school teachers and have gone to Holland until Oct 19.  Our family- Tanis (50), Tara (48) and Jon (46) with his wife, Jennifer and Elyot (10) and Caledon (7) where here and we had a lovely turkey dinner at Connie and Nancy's who live down the lane.
My kidney cancer has this week spread to the colon and continues to grow near the vena cava where my kidney was removed 3 years ago. Barbara's parents were god fearing, non-smoking, non-drinking, non-swearing farmers (and I believe conservative) and they both died when they were 60 so...
